An Exceptional Saltwater Fishing Charter Boat,

June Bug is available for New Jersey and

North Carolina Deep Sea Fishing Charters, including

both Offshore and Inshore fishing trips.

June Bug fishes from Beach Haven, Long Beach Island (LBI), NJ each Summer and from Oregon Inlet (Nags Head), Outer Banks, NC from December through May.

June Bug is a fast, soft-riding 41' Ricky Scarborough Express North Carolina-built sportfisherman and is a proven fish catcher.

June Bug is powered by two safe new fuel-efficient 450 hp Diamond Series Cummins turbo-diesel engines and is equipped with a reliable Northern Lights diesel genset for AC power, a fresh water supply, an air conditioned cabin with berths for 3, a clean full head (bathroom), and a full galley including a microwave.

June Bug carries full state-of-the-art electronics, including 4 VHF radios, Raymarine & iCom, 3 GPSs, 72 mile Raymarine radar, and a commercial grade color fishfinder, all by RayMarine. She also carries a Furuno single sideband radio for long-distance communications, 3 surface temperature gauges including a new Si-Tex Model SST-110, a Shakespeare booster antenna for cell phones, a Switlik life raft, and a new custom tuna tower.

Additionally, Rupp double spreader outriggers, 2 Rupp Top-Gun side-center riggers, a single center rigger, a large live bait well, a heavy duty Rybovich fighting chair, insulated & iced fish storage holding over 500 pounds of ice, and 12-pound to 130-pound world class fishing tackle are all carried on board.

The June Bug crew is also equipped and experienced with using kites for fishing whether trolling or drifting.

Capt. Lindsay Fuller holds a 100-ton US Coast Guard issued Master's license. Capt. Lindsay is one of New Jersey's first IGFA Certified Charter Captains and was one of the first 50 captains worldwide to hold this distinction. Capt. Lindsay has over 50 years of successful saltwater fishing experience.

Not bad for a guy who says he is 39.

June Bug mates are all experienced and capable of teaching you

"how it's done" if you'd like to learn.

Charters who seem to have the most fun are those who
pitch in and participate!

Charters may be booked for 5-hour Half Day or 8-hour Full Day Inshore, 12-hour Full Day Mid-Range Tuna, 18-hour Full Day Offshore, and 24-hour Overnight fishing trips.

In addition, June Bug offers custom sightseeing cruises around Long Beach Island (LBI), up and down Little Egg Harbor and Barnegat Bays, to Atlantic City, to Cape May, and to New York.

The maximum charter party size is 6 people.
The US Coast Guard will not permit us to exceed this legal limit.
Please do not ask us to do so.

A 5% discount is provided for all like New Jersey NJ fishing trips when
booking and paying deposits on two or more charter dates of the same types of trips booked at the same time.

The full amount of the discount will be applied to any trip balance due on the last trip booked.

Any trip cancelled by the Crew due to weather or mechanical difficulties or by the charter party on reasonable notice will be rescheduled with full credit of your payment toward a rescheduled trip. In the event you cannot reschedule your charter trip during the current season, your deposit will carry forward to future seasons.

This discount effectively more than pays your annual membership for you in any of the three well-run, effective recreational fishing organizations that we recommend as supporting the needs of recreational anglers. Depending on your type of trip, this discount may pay your annual dues to ALL of the 3 recommended fishing organizations. The discount is NOT applicable to any fuel surcharges.
